A minimum charge of ₹2,500 per seat will be applicable if the booking is postponed within 48 hours prior to departure.

• If you cancel 0-3 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If you cancel 4-7 days prior to the departure date, 75% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If you cancel 8-12 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellation policy is applicable only after paying 50% in advance

• Services of the Tour Manager from the first day of meeting point to the last day dropping point of the tour.
• Meals: 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 4 dinners
• Accommodation in Twin, Triple & Quad sharing basis for the duration of the tour as per the itinerary.
• All entrance fees of the sightseeing places mentioned in the itinerary.
• Access to all resort amenities.
• Travel by AC bus from the initial meeting point to the final drop-off point of the tour, including all sightseeing.

• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
• Cost of any optional activity or service.
• Any extra expenses incurred due to any unforeseen circumstances, force majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes, change in route, additional stay, etc.
• Any charges for extra ride, porter charges, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, and items of personal nature.
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary.
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘Tour Price Inclusions’ column.

• On the last day, you must check out of your room by 10:00 AM.
• In the bus, seating will be arranged alternately to ensure comfort for all, as the group consists of senior citizens.
• Management reserves the right to change the above itinerary as per the situation.
